CP Education Center provides an abundant supply of staff for our clients and all Customer Service Officers (CSO) are qualified by AT&T College of Excellence programs. All instructors of CP Education Center are trained by AT&T College of Call Center Excellence from USA.

Customized courses are normally delivered to clients in dealing with daily operation and management of call center. Consultancy services are also available on call center system selection and infrastructure facilities management (this service will only be delivered by PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT of CP Service Online).
